Unions in the Workplace: Managing the processes, challenges and relationships to strike a successful partnership

Unionized work environments within the Cleaning industry are not uncommon. A critical component of success is the partnership forged together with unions to sustain a productive and engaged workforce. Unions may pose a number of challenges for businesses. In identifying and addressing these challenges and developing the working relationship we will look share our experience, highlighting factors that trigger these challenges, and defining the pathway that can help support managers in creating a positive work environment for employees. We will look to dispel the negative notions and provide a framework that benefits businesses and flows through to clients.
