Caroline Wilson is CEO of A-OK.NZ, a provider of quality, internationally recognised training that equips people to be able to have life-supporting conversations. Their frameworks have been proven to work in preventing suicide and help support people even if suicide is not a concern.
Caroline has been in training and development for over 20 years, delivering workshops in the health and disability sector, corporate sector and in suicide prevention. She is also Managing Director of 1 Degree Workshops, a company that develops and delivers training in schools, communities, prisons, and the tertiary sector.
