  •   Cyclone pad system does away with expensive stone floor maintenance – The recent development of pads designed specifically for the maintenance of stone floors has led Glomesh NZ to introduce Cyclone pads. Whereas diamond dust as used in diamond stone floor maintenance pads is very expensive, Glomesh’s Cyclone range uses ceramic, an extremely aggressive material that effectively replaces diamonds but at a far lower cost.
The system is based on the colour coded three pad system, as with diamond pads, with white as the initial scrub followed by the less aggressive yellow and then the least aggressive green for floor preparation.
Once the floor is prepared, however, daily maintenance follows with only the green pad beneath, preferably, though not essentially, a UHS burnisher.
Preparation pads are no longer required and only daily burnishing with a little water and the green pad is required henceforth.
Polish is no longer required and the stone floor is regularly burnished to provide the required gloss.

Rug Doctor’s equipment covers it all. From whole floor cleans, to spills, mattress cleaning, stairs and upholstery (chairs, couches and vehicles).
